Our studio opening hours are below, we work on a booking basis only and strongly recommend to contact or visit the studio to get booked in.

Your artist will go through the aftercare process with you at the end of your sitting. We will also provide you with an aftercare sheet for further assistance. Of course, you can contact the studio listed above.

We do sell aftercare products in the studio that we recommend. Each and every tattooist in the world has their preferred healing procedure as different tattoo styles may require alternative aftercare. ONLY FOLLOW THE GUIDENCE GIVEN BY THE ARTIST THAT CREATED THAT TATTOO.

We would hate to see you struggle healing. Our artwork is our passion and we want it to last you a lifetime!

A Booking Fee is a payment which will secure your sitting with your desired artist.

Any payments received are deducted from the sitting total but are NON-REFUNDABLE
If cancelled within 14 days of your sitting – your payment may be lost.

This also includes if your sitting significantly changes in size/detail. (example – if you have booked a day sitting and decide to go for a little initial on your finger – without discussing this, your booking fee would be lost).

Without a Booking Fee, your appointment is not confirmed. To avoid confusion, ensure a payment is made to secure the sitting.

We operate a strict 18+ policy. This is UK LAW and we will not in any circumstances tattoo an individual under this age.

All clients must be aged 18 or over and provide valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) on arrival. We do not accept parental consent under any circumstances.

At Masterpiece Tattoo Studio, All appointments are on a scheduled basis.

For all advance bookings, a Booking Fee is required to secure your slot. Please take a moment to read our policy below:

• A payment must be paid to confirm any appointment. Without it, your booking is not secured.
• All payments recieved are non-refundable.
• Payments cannot be passed between clients or moved to a different artist without confirmation from your chosen artist.
• In a rare occasion that you require to reschedule your sitting, please contact your artist in the first instance as your payment may be lost.
• Missing your appointment without notice will result in loss of your Booking fee. You may also be refused any future bookings.
• Payments that we receive are valid for up to 12 months from when the payment was made. This also includes vouchers. If you have not rescheduled in this time frame – unfortunately your payment will be lost.

ALL of your payments will be deducted from the final price of your booked session.

No. It’s not advised to be tattooed under any of these circumstances.

If you’re feeling unwell, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have sunburn on the area, please let your artist know as soon as possible. Your health and safety are our priority, and we’ll be happy to help you rearrange your appointment for a more suitable time.

Preparing properly for your tattoo ensures that your experience and tattoo result are the best we can provide.

In the days leading up to your appointment, we recommend the following

• DONT OVER THINK – this is a day for you. Its a day of self love, enjoy and be yourself.
• MOISTURISE – Moisturising the limb that you are looking to have tattooed helps your skin settle.
• NO NUMBING – We will not tattoo you with numbing cream. Please do not arrive with this on your skin.
• DON’T DRINK OR TAKE ANY DRUGS – We need at least 24 hours of alcohol free blood. Drugs can also change the way your sitting goes, some drugs thin your blood, others heighten your sense of pain.

On the day of your sitting the above still stands but these are the last things we find help us get through our tattoo sessions when its our turn.

• EAT WELL – A good hearty breakfast will settle your nerves and stomach. The only time we have experienced clients struggling is when they haven’t eaten.
• SLEEP WELL – A good night’s sleep will set you well for the day.
• SHOWER – Wash well, stimulate your mind and be ready for the MASTERPIECE your looking for.

We have a lot of choices for parking here in benfleet.

We have 1 private secure parking space to the rear of the studio which may be available for clients coming for long sittings.

The parking bays outside the studio which have a time limit (monday to saturday 8am til 6pm) upto 1 hour stay (no return within 4 hours). THIS OPERATES FOR THE ENTIRETY OF BENFLEET HIGH ROAD!

We have multiple close by car parks and off street parking places. (Benfleet station car park 7 minute walk) & Brook Road car park (H.O.M.E HUB – 7 minute walk).

Here at MASTERPIECE we do not work with piercings. However, if you need any assistance whether its a new piercing; a piercing change or new jewellery, our Neighbour – Sacred Stones Studio have a fantastic piercer that can deal with all your peircing enquiries.
